Black urges ending of HomeBuy confusion

Commenting on the announcement that first-time buyers in England will be entitled to 'free' loans of up to 30%, Peter Black AM, the Welsh Liberal Democrat spokesperson for Housing said:

"What has been announced for England is very similar to the HomeBuy scheme that has existed in Wales for some time. However, that scheme has been dead in the water for over a year while the Minister carries out a review."
