If not now, when? - Black makes case for urgent Yes campaign

Peter Black AM will use the Assembly's short debate today to call for an urgent start to a cross-party campaign to win a referendum on more devolution.

Speaking in the Siambr this afternoon, Mr Black, Welsh Liberal Democrat AM for South Wales West, will claim that the inaction of the Labour-Plaid government is giving the No campaign a headstart, and that their failure to trust the people runs a growing risk that the people will fail to trust them.
